Wednesday Weigh In - Week 1 results

Already 1 week into this new year.

This week was pretty busy for me.

On the 4th we celebrated my twins' 3rd birthday.

I made (and ate) a cute little cake for them.



















Confession Time.

I also had soda and chips. 

So yeah, not exactly the best week food wise.

After I got back on track and lost the weight that I had gained from that weekend.

Then on Monday I made 2 king cakes.  A plain and a cream cheese filling.

(I know I'm just setting myself up for this)

I stayed away from it Monday but yesterday I could not resist.  I just had to have a little piece. 

You would think that I would have gained or stayed the same but...

I lost 5.4 pounds! 281.4 pounds.

94.6 pounds to go in 2014.

144.6 pounds to go overall.

First weigh in of 2014

This morning I got on the scale to weigh in the New Year.

And let me tell you, I was shocked at what I saw.

I saw the numbers..

287

That is a total of 10.2 pounds lost since Friday!!

How frickin' awesome is that.

Also, this month I will be doing a plank a day challenge.

So far I can only do 33 seconds but I'm trying ya'll.


Let's begin this new healthy year off with a bang.


New Years Goal Update

I am starting the year off at 287 pounds. 
My goal weight this year is 187 pounds. 

100 pounds in 1 year??  Let's do this!

2014 Goals

I'm saying goals. Not resolutions because let's face it, those never last.

But maybe, MAYBE, if I say goals it will stick.  

*Fingers crossed*

In no particular order..

1. Lose 100 pounds in 2014.  I'm going to disregard the whole 5 days I started in 2013, okay?

2. Become better at this whole blogging thing.  I suck at it, big time.

3. Eat better aka stop stuffing your face girl.  Put down the junk foods.

4. Exercise more.  At least 4 times a week.

5. Be a better mother.  Learn more patience, they are only little once.

Okay, I think that's it.

I will start tomorrow off with a weigh-in and start weighing in on Wednesdays instead of Fridays.
